COACHING

The International Coach Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” For us, our faith-based coaching also involves creating a sacred space for God’s Spirit to help clients identify and move toward important goals.

In addition, we offer training in relationship coaching, since Bob is a professional trainer for the highly regarded Prepare-Enrich organization. Special assistance is also provided by GCM to help our clients lead organizations and learn to mentor others.
