Bob is the author of a number of worship songs used in congregations. He was one of the founders of the Christian Community Network, that grew to be an association of 9 churches in central Ohio. In 2004-2005, Bob went through the Pastors of Excellence program offered at Ashland Theological Seminary. He also worked as a Life Coach at Beacon Center for Counseling.
